Welcome to the new White Swan Hotel...under water!
The streets of Guangzhou this morning

Our marble carving in progress
Just a quick post...yesterday was our consulate appointment not swearing in - that will be today.
Miss Danika is sleeping well. We had major rains last night and will post a photo of what the streets of Guangzhou look like this morning! Fortunately the Typhoon missed ths area and will most likely not affect our travel home tomorrow.
Tomorrow morning we will be at the airport by 6:00 a.m. - makes me tired already! Hard to believe our time here is almost over, we have loved China and this whole experience. It makes me sad to leave but tomorrow we will start a whole new life in Minnesota! We're anxious to see how Miss Danika does in her new home.

Wow, the water in unbelievable! i love the Red Couch photo & the marble carving looks like it is going to be really nice.
Just one more day & then you'll be on your way. Have a safe trip. I hope it will be uneventful.
Can't wait to meet Miss D.
That is crazy to see the streets full of water like that! Did you get a travel group pic on the red couch, too?
Yes, I am sure it is hard to leave. I am itching to get back there. But you have made the most of your time there! Have a great flight home :)
